As a recent graduate of Tasha Blank’s PHDJ program, Nicole now focuses on inspiring people of all ages and abilities to reconnect with their bodies through music, movement, and aerial play. It’s never too late to find joy in the “release” and expand the body's sense of proprioception in a personal embodied dance practice.
A fifth-generation Californian with Celtic roots, Nicole has spent a long ass time working as a musician, filmmaker, digital art director, software designer, educator, and 5Rhythms dance producer and practitioner. She and her partner live in West Marin, where they raised their two children, swinging in Douglas-fir trees, playing with emus, and surrounded by an amazing Burning Man Community.
